MEAL PLANS + RECIPES: Spring/Summer Compilation #2

Each seasonal compilation has 6 weeks of plans for you and each plan includes recipes and a pre-made grocery list for three dinners, two snacks, and one breakfast idea. There are two spring/summer compilations and the #2 edition has some truly delicious recipes in it, here are a few to make you hungry:

These plans were not designed to restrict when/what/how much you eat. You're the best judge of what your body needs when it comes to to these things - let the plans serve as inspiration. My goal is that they relieve you of some of the burden of meal planning without overwhelming with you new recipes every night. I find that planning for 3 dinners/week feels do-able, allows for spontaneous pizza nights, and helps prevent too much food waste.
